4. Acknowledge God's Will, Purpose, and Power: Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven

as great
delight in burnt offerings and
sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey
"Teach me to do thy will; for thou
my God: thy spirit
than sacrifice,
to hearken than the fat of rams" (1 Samuel 15:22).
good; lead me into
the land of uprightness" (Psalm 143:10).
"For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother" (Matthew 12:50).
"I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me" (John 5:30).

faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but
will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it" (1 Corinthians 10:13).
"Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth" (Revelation 3:10).

"Thine, O LORD,
the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory,
and the majesty: for all
the kingdom, O LORD, and thou art exalted as head above all"
(1 Chronicles 29:11).
And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four
fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odors, which are the prayers of saints. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to recieve power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing. And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power,
unto him that sitteth upon the
throne, and unto the Lamb forever and ever. And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four
twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth forever
and ever.
